Appearance of the plant: The Dracaena Deremensis Green Jewel has broad, dark green leaves with a light green edge. The leaves have a leathery texture and a straight, upright growth habit. The flowers of the Dracaena are inconspicuous and rarely occur in indoor conditions.
Location: This plant does best in a bright spot with indirect sunlight. It can also thrive in a shady location, but avoid direct sunlight as this can damage the leaves. The Dracaena Deremensis Compacta is ideal for indoor use.
Water requirements: The Dracaena needs moderate watering. Allow the top layer of soil to dry out between waterings. It is better to water less often than too much, as the plant is susceptible to root rot if overwatered.
