Returning Live Plants

We do everything we can to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. Because living products , such as plants, are fragile and have unique properties, we do not offer a return option for living plants .

Why can't we return live plants?

  • Plants are living products that develop and can be affected by various environmental factors such as light, water and temperature. After a plant is delivered to you, it is more likely to be damaged or wilted when it is moved or reshipped.
  • Each plant is unique and carefully selected to arrive in the best possible condition. After receipt, we are unfortunately unable to guarantee the health of the plant if it is returned.

What if there is something wrong with my plant? We understand that this can be disappointing, and we want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If your plant arrives damaged or you have any concerns about the health of your plant, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt . We ask that you provide clear photos of the damaged plant and its packaging so that we can quickly assist you with a solution, such as a replacement or refund.


Returns of Non-living Products

For non-living products , such as pots, plant accessories, garden supplies and other items, we offer a 14-day returns policy .

Return policy for non-living products:

  1. Return period : You have the right to return your non-living products within 14 days of receipt . This means that you can return the product and receive a refund, provided that the product is in its original condition.

  2. Returns Policy :

    • The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
    • If the product is packed in a box, you must return the box in the same condition. The product must not show any signs of use.
