Appearance of the plant:
- The Dicksonia Antarctica is an impressive fern with a strong, upright trunk covered with a thin layer of scales. The leaves are large, long and feather-shaped, with a beautiful dark green color that shines in the light. The plant can give a lush appearance due to the large rosettes of leaves that develop from the trunk.
- This fern does best in a shady to semi-shady location. It is perfect for indoor spaces or sheltered outdoor areas where it is protected from direct sunlight and strong winds.
- The Dicksonia Antarctica has a high water requirement. Make sure the soil remains moist, but not soaked. Regular watering is important, especially during warm periods. A constant humidity is preferred.
