'Actinidia Arguta Issai' is a self-pollinating kiwi berry that produces small, smooth, hairless fruits at a young age. It is also known as the mini-kiwi. The fruits can be eaten without peeling and are rich in vitamin C. They hang in large bunches on the plant, often camouflaged between the leaves. The cut open fruit is reminiscent of a miniature kiwi, a white core surrounded by a ring of black seeds and the typical line pattern. The sweet, green berries are ready to be picked in August-September and are about 2 to 3 cm in size.
