Description
Appearance of the plant: The Dracaena Fragrans Massangeana has long, narrow leaves that grow in a rosette shape from the stem. The leaves are dark green with a yellow-green edge, which gives the plant a tropical look. The plant has a straight stem with dense green buds, but rarely produces flowers in indoor conditions.
Location: This plant does well in a light to semi-shaded spot. Do not place it in direct sunlight as this can burn the leaves. It is an ideal indoor plant, but can also be placed outside during the warmer months, provided it does not get too cold.
Water requirements: The Dracaena Fragrans Massangeana has moderate water requirements. It is important to only water the plant when the top layer of the soil feels dry. In the summer, the plant may need water a little more often, but in the winter it needs less water. Make sure that no water remains in the pot, as this can cause root rot.
