Step 1: Choosing Your Plants

It all starts with the perfect plant for your space! At BotanicBridge, we offer a wide range of plants, from easy-care houseplants to exotic ornamentals and air-purifying favorites.

• Search and Filter : Use the search function or the filters on the side of the page to quickly find the plants you are looking for based on type, maintenance level, size and more.
• Product information : Click on a plant to learn more about the care, characteristics and benefits of the plant. We provide you with detailed information so you can make a well-considered choice.
• Add to Cart : Are you ready to order your plant(s)? Click on "Add to Cart". You can add as many plants as you want and your cart will always be updated.

Step 2: Place Order

Now that you have selected your perfect plants, it is time to place the order. Here we explain step by step how this works:

1. View your Cart : Click the cart icon at the top right to view the contents of your cart. Here you can adjust the number of plants or remove items.

2. Continue with Order : Are you happy with your selection? Then click on "Checkout" to proceed to the payment process.

3. Login or Register : If you already have an account, you can log in. Don't have an account yet? No problem! You can easily create an account or checkout as a guest.

4. Enter Shipping Address : Please enter the address where we should send your plants. Please check that the address is correct to avoid delays.

5. Choose a Shipping Method : We offer several shipping options, including standard and expedited delivery. Choose the shipping method that suits you best.

6. Payment : We accept various payment methods, including iDEAL, credit card, PayPal and post-payment via Klarna. Choose the payment method that you find most convenient.

   Please note: All payments are fully secured through our reliable payment systems.

7. Confirm and Pay : Check your order and click on "Confirm and Pay". You will receive a confirmation email of your order.

Step 3: Processing your order

Once your order is placed, we will immediately start processing it for you. We aim to process and ship orders within 24 hours (on working days), so you can quickly enjoy your new plant(s).

• Confirm Order : After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your order, including an order number and expected delivery date.
• Shipping : You will receive an email once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number so you can track the progress of your package.

Step 4: Delivery of your Order

We make sure your order arrives quickly and safely. At BotanicBridge we take care of carefully packaging your plants so they arrive at your home in perfect condition. We offer different delivery options:

• Standard Delivery : The most cost effective way to receive your order, with an average delivery time of 2-5 working days.
• Fast Delivery : Want to receive your plants faster? Choose our expedited delivery option.
• Shipping Confirmation and Tracking : Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to track the package until it arrives at your doorstep.

Shipping costs : Shipping costs depend on your location and the size of your order. For orders over €50 we offer free shipping.

Once you have received your new plants, it is time to give them a nice spot in your home! Here are a few tips for caring for your plants:

1. Inspect Your Order : Inspect your plants immediately upon receipt. Make sure they are in good condition and have not been damaged during shipping.
2. Care tips : With every plant you order, you will receive detailed care instructions. We will advise you on water requirements, light conditions and other important care information.
